The Coombabah and Stapylton Program Alliance (CASPA) was the successful project upgrade of the Coombabah WWTP. The project has a value of $77 million.

Tallai Project Group provided governance at the Alliance Leadership Group. In addition, TPG also designed coordination and optioning input during the planning stage (EOI and TOC).  Moreover, TPG was also involved in the construction management during the delivery phase and commissioning completion.
