St Vincent de Paul recently purchased properties on Railway St in Southport, Queensland with the intent to move its South Coast Diocese Gold Coast operations and call centre from its current location in Arundel.

St Vincent de Paul engaged Tallai Project Group to undertake the refurbishment of the property. The facilities to be delivered was 5 offices, a call centre with an 18-desk capacity, meeting room, communal area toilets with showers and kitchen/dining area

The scope of works included asbestos removal, general building works, electrical works, tiling, communications, security, demolition and disposal, mechanical works, plumbing, carpet flooring, internal glazing and painting.
