Sydney Water

Sydney Water Management Plan was a successful five-year program of works for the upgrade multiple water plants. For instance, the project included the Cronulla WWTP Odour Control, Malabar WWTP Odour Control and North Head Odour Control. The program had a total value of $180M.

Abigroup engaged Tallai Project Group to establish the Alliance bid team. In addition, TPG was responsible for the bid documents and consequent workshops prior to successful award. Also, to provide governance at the Alliance Program Leadership Team (APLT) level.

The OMPA program of works was delivered as an Alliance between Sydney Water, Abigroup and CH2MHILL.
