This program of upgrades and renewals incorporates all facets of project delivery including planning & investigations, project development, TOC or PBE, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and completions.
The program has an anticipated total value of $1.2B.
TasWater, UGL, CPB and WSP have partnered to deliver the TasWater CDO Alliance. UGL engaged Tallai Project Group with the responsibility to provide TOC/PBE management, procurement management and scheduling.
Tallai Project Group has successfully completed 12 project TOC/PBE within the first year period ranging from $0.5M to $33.5M.

Producing schedules including earned value analysis for project development, TOC/PBE phase and setting up the delivery schedules. All schedules produced feed up into the program master schedule which not only enabled tracking of the program of works but ensured understanding of spend over various financial years.
